“Very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty, there was hair on the bed and pillows, a cockroach in the room, and water leaking from a damaged ceiling. After I complained, I was moved to another room, but the second room had the same issues and was in similarly poor condition. The overall condition of the hotel was unsanitary and unacceptable. I had to leave early and could not use the remaining nights of my reservation. To make matters worse, despite providing photos of the conditions,……
