“Check in was suppose to be at 3pm, we arrived at 4:45 to no clean rooms. They tried to have us check into a dirty room and when I asked to just cancel the reservation (the place was notably filthy and there were several people waiting in the office because their room was also dirty) they informed us their cleaner had called out and they had 75 rooms that needed to be cleaned. They refused to cancel our reservation or refund us. Will never be using their services again.”

“This was the worse place I ever been. Dirty place, the staff are always frustrated and care less about your questions. The breakfast was even worse. By 7am there’s nothing left and no one care to even restock some food. It’s just water coming out of the « supposed » juice machine, and no one to even put a proper juice in there. I stayed there for 3 nights,4 days and didn’t get to eat any breakfast and like you this place supposed to be breakfast included. Overall this experience was terrible.……

“To begin, we booked a stay at the Comfort Inn and the hotel changed to Spark by Hilton and we were never informed. Room did not have glasses, coffee maker, ice bucket. Literally a bed and towels.
Luckily we didn't plan on doing laundry as laundry was out of order. In general, the hotel is subpar and that was not the review the Comfort Inn had received when we booked it.”

“Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel.”
