It's Rodeo time in Fort Worth! Fort Worth Fat Stock Show and Rodeo. Country home located on 6 acres close to Weatherford, Fort Worth, Azle and Springtown.

Come enjoy the peacefulness of the country with ranch animals, wildlife abound. Amazing Sunsets, with porch across the back of the house.. We also have a guest house, Poverty Knob that houses 4 and must be leased separately, same address. Plenty of trailer parking if needed.

Started out great until it wasn’t
Stay started great u til we had to change the reservation to check out earlier almost a week. I offered to pay a cancellation fee she knew my situation. My home had just been a total loss house fire due to faulty construction. I thought we had a rental property that fell thru. I offered to pay a cancellation fee to get a refund on the 6-7 days I was leaving early . She flat out refused and stated this was her business. Unfortunately we were not able to come to an agreement so a 30 year Navy Combat veteran had to lose a lot of money less than 2 weeks after a house fire !

Great place in the country
This house was just what we needed for our family Thanksgiving dinner. We had 12 family members. The backyard and den were perfect for the kids to run and play. Great kitchen and the 2 dining areas were just the right size for our large group. The host was great quick response with whatever questions we had. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great family space!
Stacia was an excellent host! We rented the Bunkhouse so some family members could stay closer to our sons rehearsal dinner and wedding venue. The master bath space is large and well lit making it easy for my daughter to do my makeup and hair before the wedding. The layout of the house was perfect, with two living areas on either side of a large kitchen and bedrooms in the back where they were away from living room noise. It was so nice to look out and see the country from the back windows. We would have enjoyed the porch if the weather had cooperated! Everything was set up for our dog. Stacia had the kitchen and laundry stocked with condiments and detergent which was very helpful since we had different family members staying different days. She even mailed us some earrings that were left behind! Stacia quickly responded to my messages and contacted me ahead of time that she needed to stop by and turn on a well pump heater. For those with mobility issues, one living room is sunken which requires steps from the kitchen area, entrance hall and to the bedrooms. The stone floor in the kitchen is uneven. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come again!

Relaxing retreat
Perfect location to the wedding venue “the Brooks”. The home is a quiet place to stay after the hustle-bustle of daily wedding preparations. It’s just like being home. Also, had my dogs. Very pet friendly and inner yard fence. Highly recommended for older adults.
