There was a pee stain on my sheets when i got there. Sheets had clearly been washed, but for some reason they decided that a pee stain was acceptable. Took about 30 minutes to check in due to some kind of computer error as well. The bed was also very hard, which is not my preference, but some people like it I suppose so I'm not really bothered by that. The pain job in the room was also a bit shoddy, and it felt a bit dated. I won't be staying here again, but I would honestly say it wasn't an overwhelmingly negative experience and it didn't hinder the enjoyment of my trip.

All was well. The hotel is being remodeled but had no issues with that. Breakfast was good except for the lukewarm coffee. Staff claimed it didn't get hotter. I definitely disagree with that.

Nice Hotel
Clean rooms. Kingsize bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff. It was a good place to stay. Great area. Shopping centers and restaurants walking distance.

Renovating with VOC’s. Toxic fumes.
The hotel was being renovated and they were spraying epoxy on the shower units. The smell was terrible in the lobby(where breakfast would be) but the front desk said our third floor would be fine. Not true. They were actually spraying in a room 2 doors away and it smelled. These are Volatile organic chemicals, where you should be wearing a respirator. We got a refund and went somewhere else.

Mold in bathroom that has obviously been there a while So a health hazard and we were unable to take showers at the hotel for this reason. Hotel was 100 percent occupied so we were unable to be relocated as requested-Lots of deferred maintenance in the room

When we arrived to check in the receptionist was not friendly. Then when we arrived in our room the bathtub had several spots of mold. We refused to shower in it. We will not return to this hotel.

Disappointing
I booked this room based on the picture and since I’m traveling for business this room looked extra spacious with a very nice desk to work from. I did not get the room in the picture nor was it even close. Bathroom had mold around the tub, the room smelled horrible and comfort was less than par. I will not be back.
