Clean, good location and friendly staff

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. All staff members were so incredibly sweet and friendly. The breakfast was also delicious!

Great location to easily and quickly get to the Space Center and the Infantry Museum and the center of the Riverwalk. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

My first impression of the hotel was very positive. The property appeared clean, well-maintained, and remained quiet throughout my stay, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the first issue arose when I attempted to take my family to the pool. The pool was visibly dirty, so I reported it to the front desk. The staff informed me that maintenance was responsible for the pool, noted the issue, and stated that points would be added to my account as compensation. However, despite reporting the problem, the pool remained dirty for the entirety of my four-day stay. As a result, my family and I were unable to enjoy the pool as we had planned. My biggest concern came at checkout. I typically remove the sheets from the beds before leaving, and I was genuinely disgusted by the condition of the mattresses underneath. Seeing the state they were in raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. While the property made a good first impression, the lack of attention to the pool and the condition of the mattresses significantly impacted my experience.

I had a great stay at your hotel in Columbus Georgia. Everything from the front desk to the room was great! The lady at the front desk “Yolanda “ was amazing! I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.
