"For the price it was ok. I would say, if you get assigned a room that's next to the elevators or hallway doors, asked to be moved immediately. You won't be able to get proper rest with the constant noises. My AC was also making weird noises, and the room was hot when I arrived. I changed the AC settings and the issue was solved. The bed mattress was hard. During checkout I shared with staffing the issues I had with my room and all they offer was to leave some notes on system. No recovery options or apologies were offered. Location is great with easy access to the subway, Broadway shows and many other attractions. For a short trip this hotel might be a convenient option if you're looking for an affordable hotel in Time Square."

"This place was really about location. And it's located in the heart. Very walkable distance to all the Broadway shows, good restaurants, & Central Park. Nothing much to the room. There was a bed & a tiny closet.No coffee pot/tea & we had no view of anything except a wall. The room was freezing when we entered- 50 degrees.It was so uncomfortable that I had to walk in & out of room waiting for it to warm up. The staff was friendly & responsive to any questions and concerns. I loved that they have a later check-out (12:00pm) They also stored our luggage after check-out because our flight didn't leave until 5:00pm. Small hotel with only 2 elevators..Cute restaurant next door. Would definitely stay again for the price and location. "

"Property is under construction which impacted lobby. Elevator use was terrible … not efficient and not adequate for the great number of guests. We had to use stairs To go down to lobby from 11 th floor twice during a 1 night stay! Although great location I would not return due to the poor crowd management and elevators!"
