Very clean, friendly staff, coffee/tea/hot chocolate available always in the lobby, good hot breakfast. Overall very nice hotel. Would definitely recommend!

The continental breakfast was well stocked with everything you could want... eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, waffles, fruit, juice, milk, coffee... etc. The dining room is large and very accommodating for business class travelers wanting to setup a mini office with their laptop while they eat.

Clean with Comfortable Beds
It’s a nice clean hotel with very comfortable beds. They have a good breakfast and the staff is friendly. The only thing that bothers us is that the walls are thin and you can hear others talking and walking around.

The Fairfield Inn was clean—even the back stairs. The staff was friendly. This hotel in Weirton is only a few miles from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio. Additionally, Aldi and Kroger are located nearby to pick up fruit or a sandwich. Fairfield is a good alternative for folks visiting Steubenville. We enjoyed a comfortable stay.

Hotel was under construction and there was no signs on where to park or check in. The hotel was decently clean but no where near the price we were charged. Rooms are small and not set up very well. The closest doorwould not open all the way because it would hit the side of the bed. The hotel is conveniently located if you are attending the Pavilion at Star Lake!

Requested,directly to the hotel prior to arrival, a room away from elevators and ice machines and also pet free, but was placed directly across from a malfunctioning ice machine. After being kept awake all night, at 04:30 am I complained to the night manager who had me move my belongings to an upgraded room. I was told there would be no refund since I booked through Expedia.

My family visited Weirton to move my daughter in at Franciscan University of Steubenville (FUS). This Fairfield Inn is perfect for families that plan to spend a lot of time at FUS, as it is quick 10 minute drive to FUS. Every staff member at Fairfield was kind and eager to help make our stay comfortable.

Overall the stay was perfect for our needs. Staff we encountered were very friendly. Place was nice and clean. The only downside was the hot breakfast didn't have an egg based option (was biscuits and gravy with sausage); we probably missed the rotation for that. There was a variety of options with waffles, cereals and bagels which was nice.
