“Our first issue happen when we arrived when no one turned the ac units on. It was around 6pm when we arrived and it was so hot outside which meant it was even hotter inside. We decided to try to crank down the units (there’s no central ac or heat) and let it cool down when we went to dinner. I messaged the manager and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal and told us to keep the door closed. (Duh). We returned 2 hours later to it not much cooler. The ladder to the loft is very old and un sturdy,……

“Cute cottages! This is a nice property. Modern and clean. Convenient and easy check-in. Looks very family friendly although we were on a quick girls trip to Round Top. The only thing to know is the lofts are not full height. Fine for kids, a little difficult for adults. But it served its purpose just fine. ”

“DO NOT stay here!! UNLESS want to be awakened intermittently from 11 PM to 7 AM by loud rambling trains that blow their whistles all night long right by your house where you’re staying. Oh it’s super cute and clean inside. So what?! I didn’t go there to look at the cute living room all night long or to be ignored by the owner when I asked for a refund a second time then VRBO management told me they also reached out to her several times and she never answered them either. DO NOT stay here!!!……

“Would not stay here again. We were granted an early check in only to have no water. We were hoping to freshen up before the concert we attended. Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. I requested texting so I wouldn’t have to open……

“The house is wonderful. If you like old houses or antiques you will love this. It is small, so I would not recommend it for more than a couple. We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved the quiet area and that it was not in town but close enough to Brenham for convenience. The house is very clean and well stocked with linens, cooking utensils, basic pantry items. The fosge is small though, so if you want to cook you may need to grocery shop frequently. Loved it so much that my mom and I want to……
