Die Gartenanlage erzeugt ein mediterranes Wohlgefühl mit Pool, Sauna sowie einer Tischtennis"halle" in einem Nebengebäude. Das Wohngebäude ist ein ausgebautes ehemaliges Tagebau Gebäude weit ab vom Schuss.Dementsprechend hört man außer Vögeln bzw. gelegentlichem Hundegebell quasi nichts - sehr entspannend!"

Das Treppenhaus und die Außenanlage (hinter dem Haus) sind teilweise noch starke Baustellen. Die Handläufe waren nicht richtig befestigt, was das Treppensteigen für ältere Menschen sehr spannend gemacht hatDer Gastgeber hat sich bemüht, jedoch sind noch viele "Baustellen" im Haus bzw. dem Appartement offen."
