"Was not sure how good this hotel would be due to much cheaper than others. I stay 3 nights a week in a hotel and this hotel was very clean great staff and great location. The price is awesome as i would recommend anyone to stay here. The bed was great as only issue was internet was slow and probably could not handle many people on at once but don’t hesitate to book this hotel."

"Ray the office manager was not friendly and at times very rude to various members of my family. Be aware that there is a daily resort fee and only 2 beach chairs allowed per room even if you have a room that sleeps 4 people."

"Having stayed at many other Marriott properties over the years, I expected A+ treatment. That is NOT what I received. There was not the level of superior service I was accustomed to. When I asked, at the desk, for a Catholic Church in the area, I was met with "shrugs" and absolutely no attempt to help answer my question. There was a problem with "connections" in our room and we were unable to charge our phones/tablets. Finally, after a couple of days of complaining, an electrician was dispatched. The solution was: a power strip was left for us to enable us to charge our devices. Simple solution that could've been utilized the very first time we complained. Coffee supplies in our room were minimal. We had a keurig machine....but bare minimum coffee supplies. There was NO complimentary breakfast, which we always had received in previous stays at Marriott hotels. I was amazed at how our stay at Marriott, Boca Raton, was so different ( and far inferior ) to previous stays at other Marriott properties. This was a C+ experience at bestI Frank & Marilyn Lowery"

"The pictures that are posted of the rooms are not what you get. We thought we booked a king with partial ocean view but was told it was just a king room. The window that it did have in it looked onto some other rooms balcony but you’re looking at a wall. We were shown other rooms to pay more to get an ocean view but you can barely see the ocean in all the rooms they showed us. The people in front of us checking in were complaining about their room and right before we told them we were not staying there the customer that were checking in after us were also complaining about their room. Very misleading website pictures. I am always very thorough about researching before we book a room. This is the first time I’ve been cheated. The outside of the building were the pool is poorly maintained and they did nothing with the seaweed which smelled awful. We were told you get used to the smell, I don’t know how they got a 8.4 rating. This hotel needs to be in the 6 ratings. "

"We had a corner ocean view room. View was fantastic. Juliet balcony. Room was clean and nice but not resort style. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location is excellent. Was charged parking even though I showed them at check-in that it was included. Finally got my refund 6 days later. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would stay here again. With the location and view, I don’t think there’s a better hotel to stay at in Deerfield."

"We were visiting the area from Winter Garden and so glad we chose this resort because that’s exactly what it felt like, a resort. Very clean and comfortable and what a GREAT location. We had never been before but this hotel and area made it certain that we will be returning soon and staying here again. The beach out back is so nice and clean, very well kept and beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. "
