Booked in for a two night stay. First night was terrible due to a vibrating air conditioning unit which clicked on and off pretty much every 10 minutes. Very noisy and kept us awake.
Mentioned it to the front desk staff in the morning and they were very accommodating and moved us to another room with an upgrade. Fantastic!
Very happy with outcome - although you will need to do something about that noise!
