When I checked in at the hotel with my hotels.com reservation, I was not charged that price, but rather a higher price. When I noticed this error upon arriving home, I called the hotel and the young lady who initially answered didn't even seem to understand what I was calling about. HOWEVER, I waited a few days and called back again and talked with Barbie this time. She understood what had happened immediately and made the correction easily. So, good job to Barbie - great employee!
