Loved pool, football table, buffet breakfast was outstanding value as each child gets free meal with adult This is a great accomodation for how central it is and for price My recommendation would be to offer double bed and 2 single beds for kids configuration

Though it was far from dining restaurants, still convenient as it is just nearby the central station. Also, it feels quite and safe around the area with a good sea side view!

The word I would use is tired. I've stayed a few times.The public areas are nice, but our room seemed like everything in it was a bit subpar, and I paid for an ocean view. The aircon was old and noisy and the remote didnt work, I had to fix the chromecast myself as no-one knew how to do it, the shower was a bit black, and there were no coffee facilities, it just wasn't as nice. I think I'll try somewhere else next time.

The Hotel was completely full. One of the lifts was out of action so you had to wait on average 10-15 minutes to get a lift down to the lobby. No stairs from Level 14 as an alternative so not very safe. With the hotel full there should have been more staff at reception and concierge were not around very much.

Worst stay I’ve ever had and hope no one else chooses to stay here for the experience we had. Changed room twice due to the filthy state of the room. Nothing was done to the inconvenience of moving twice apart from a room on the other side of the hotel. Filthy and staff didn’t really care. The next day Housekeeping came at nearly 5pm and when we asked if they could come back in 10 minutes they said no, even though we asked it to be serviced at any time during the day. A manager said she would see what she could do but never heard from her. Avoid wasting 2 hours for a sub par clean room and go somewhere else.

During your stay we did everything we could to provide you with a room you were happy with including showing you the rooms before moving so you could let us know of anything we could do to ensure your comfort and going through and re cleaning parts you had made note of, both times you had said they were good and we had provided drinks at the bar aswell due to the inconvenience of the first move. I've also passed on the feedback to our housekeeping about the time the room attendant came to the room to service. We hope you try us again in future for a more positive experience

Hotel customer service here is terrible. I paid extra for a harbor view room and booked 4 months out, but at checkin they had me in a city view. I said I’d prefer the view I paid EXTRA for, and they acted like I was being a jerk. They put us in a room that was an obstructed harbor view and were incredibly rude about it. The room was ok, nothing special. The only up side of this place is the bar staff who were so amazing and friendly. We LOVED them. Restaurant was also very good. I would not recommend staying here, as they up charge you crazy prices for views then don’t even give you the room you paid for, and on top of it treat you like a sack of crap.

Centric and comfy
This was my second time staying at this property in Wellington and it was great just like last time! Check-in is super easy, staff is very friendly. Our room was a double bed room and it was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet is amazing, so make sure you don't miss out on that! It's only 20 min away from the airport and very conveniently located. Te Papa, Cable Car, Botanic Gardens and the waterfront are all walking distance. Will definitely stay here next time!

To be honest we were a bit disappointed with our choice of hotel. Staff at check-in did not offer any assistance at all while we were juggling lack of parking, small children & a lot of luggage. In room dining options were extremely limited & the tray we left outside our room mid evening was still there the next morning. Check out staff showed no interest at all in how our stay had been- not really what we would expect from a hotel such as this.

The carpet was not as clean and the room air conditioning should have been better. The AC was leaking (or produced a lot of water due to humidity) and the carpet became wet. Wasn't a problem as long as shoes or slippers were used though.
