Good place for families and good base for a 3 night stay. Everything we needed was close by including various eateries and cafes. Main bedroom backed onto the street, so a bit noisy but otherwise perfect.

Great location & flat noise from bars unbearable
The accommodation was really spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was good, it was central so we could walk everywhere. Unfortunately the noise from the bars below was unbearable and continued until 2:30am, which was a real shame.

Very convenient as it was walking distance from our appointment and shops restaurants were also walking distance. Quiet area. Doors leading to outside courtyard might need some attention including handles. Overall tidy and equipped with essentials. Thank you!

The lights didn’t always go In our apartment 5.sometimes they would just flick off. And they are very dim. A spatula would have been handy. Very loud in the early hours of the morning from neighbours noise.

Great accomodation, our room was cleaned immaculately and the property is very well maintained, and is super warm. Check in through to check out was hassle free and they were very accomodating with us requesting an earlier check in. Will definitely be going back.

The team at Willis Village made sure everything was sorted for us, including parking in the Wilson carpark across the road. A lot of food places within a short walking distance and an easy walk to Te Papa, Cable car etc.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF CANT SLEEP THROUGH HEAPS OF NOISE. The property is ok if you can stand the noise or have ear plugs. The housing complex sits in a square with restaurants underneath. All the noise reverberates round the courtyard. This includes Uber deliveries on moterbikes, crowds of people smoking outside the restaurants and people hanging out drinking. There was noise till 1-4am all three nights we were there. The roof is tin with insulation paper & wooden planks. There’s zero sound insulation. The room had skinny stairs with a quirky room layouts, stairs to the kitchen & a central pillar in the living room. The decor is also a bit scruffy, peeling paint in the bathrooms etc but this didn’t bother us. The beds are comfortable and there’s everything you need - washers, dryers etc. And any staff we had contact with were super helpful & cheerful. There were three of us so it was good value for the central city but I’d probably not rush back.

I love Willis Village. The location is perfect. It has most needed amenities. My only complaint is the beds. They are not very comfortable. Shower was good. Beds are the only reason it’s not a 10 for me. Will be back.

Really great place to stay. Close to everything to walk. Only thing was the bedroom window couldn't open so it was really hot in the room. Would stay there again if window is fixed.

As a family we enjoyed the space in the apartment, the accommodation was roomy and was great to have full laundry facilities but we found the maintenance was lacking. The iron supplied was broken and we found it was a bit odd that the apartment had full kitchen facilities but did not have any breakfast bowls or the likes of. We had to use cooking pots to eat our breakfast cereal out of. The master bedroom had a single curtain over the large window which was too small, so we couldn't ever cover the window fully.

Very nice and spacious 2 bedroom apartment, had everything we needed for a comfortable 5 night stay, the private balcony was a plus, to sit outside and watch the traffic flow bye, although with the University across the road,the students were noisy at times, no plug for the sink was a downer, so bought one from the supermarket, which was a 5 min walk away, problem solved, close to everything Wellington has to offer, no need for a car, just got a snapper card and took the bus everywhere, or walked, I would stay here again, good value for money, considering the amenities available.

We had a slight set back on arrival with our information not being in the lock box. Called customer service who quickly sorted it out for us. There reponse was really quick and extremely helpful. Love the apartment. It is really clean and has everything we needed. The washing machine and dryer were very useful. For a family it is great being able to have separate rooms in one place. It's in such a handy location and you can walk everywhere. Absolutely loved staying here and would recommend to anyone wanting more than just a room.

Location is excellent. Good sized apartment but furniture not very comfortable - there were 4 of us and only a 2 seater and 2 chairs in lounge - uncomfortable and basic. Also heated towel rail wasn’t working.
