TL;DR I'm never going back.
First, the good. The rooms were a decent size.
Now for the rest.
1. The room I reserved was unavailable for "maintenance issues". They offered two connected regular rooms to compensate for the larger one I had reserved at no additional fee.
2.The first room, the door would not open. It was technically next to the second room, but they were not connected. Off to get another room.
3. The second room. We just got settled in to find a pair of underwear on floor that was not ours. No thanks! What else did housekeeping overlook? Off to get another room.
4. Four (unconnected) rooms later, we are finally settled in and have a decent nights sleep.
5. Night two. 3:45 am we are awakened to the most god awful sound, the fire alarm. We jump up to get dressed and grab our essential items, get to the hall and notice a few things: there are no visual alarm signals which is a safety concern of mine, there is an obvious smell of burnt breakfast so this is clearly the actions of inattentive staff.
5. We go out to the car to wait for the fire department to do their thing and to get away from the noise. We notice that the FD does not show up for a good 30 min. Apparently they were not even notified until 4:08 am, a good 23 min after the alarm went off. Forget the room issues, maintenance issues, cleanliness. This place is flat out unsafe to stay in.
