This hotel had a wonderful staff and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was also top notch.

The rooms at this property are horrible. They have a very bad smell of cigarette smoke. I’m sure when BW took over this hotel they fixed the reception and dining area and left the rooms the same. The floors are filthy; the towels are stained; and the linens were not fresh. We were offered another room which was even worse than the first. We have stayed at many BW hotels. This one they may not want to include in their portfolio. Best Western — you can and should do much better. We left and went to a different hotel. And we are out a night’s stay. Bummer that Expedia was not attentive to our issue.

Best Western could definitely upgrade the property. Things are starting to get run down. Also not the cleanest room, but not so gross I needed to ask for a new room. Key card reader in the door didn’t work every time. This is a hotel for families on the baseball circuit and it shows. Front desk staff was courteous, but as there are multiple options in Wenatchee I’ll probably stay at another option next summer.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was decent. Good location with many restaurants around to choose from. Furniture is outdated, but I did not expect it to be fancy given the budget-friendly price. This hotel exceeded my expectations.

I called 10 minutes after I checked out to let them know I left my phone charger plugged in by the coffee pot. Came back the next day and they didn’t have my charger. The front staff was rude. I’ll never go back. The internet and tv was offline for longer than 2 days. The front staff said the entire block was without internet. That was a lie because I walked to the business next door and they weren’t having any issues. The staff just had one lie after another. And for them to not find my phone charger is ridiculous! Never again will I go there.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet (well the fridge was a little loud). My only complaint is breakfast. Their automatic coffee machine allows only one person at a time to get coffee or hot water. And no one knows how to use it so the line really backs up. Also they put gravy in the crock pot without heating it first so my husband got cold gravy for his biscuits. And no half and half for coffee. So kind of weird breakfast but everything else was fine.

This was a clean, quiet, and adequate place to stay for two nights and centrally located on Wenatchee Ave. The staff is friendly and competent. The rooms are decorated in out of date colors and fabrics and feel rather dark, but if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay, this hotel might be for you!
