My room was not clean, there was hair on the toilet seat and debris on the ground. The room other than the beds did not look like it was cleaned at all. The staff was friendly and helpful, the premise was dated but fine. If the room was clean it would be have been 4 stars.

The facilties were good, breakfast also & most delightful wete the 2 managers on the front desk who wete friendly & helpful. The carpets in halsl & especially on the stairs to So. Parking area were grimy & black down the middle; so need cleaned or replaced! My wakeup call was an hour later - reprogrammed by a male night clerk.

The hotel was decent but i was a little worried about parking my car over night. The neighborhood was a little rough.

Thank you for the rating! We appreciate the feedback. We have cameras that are facing all areas of the parking lot, and the front desk keeps an eye on those cameras at all times. Please don't be worried about your car - and if you are, you can always ask the front desk which area is the best to park in. :) I do hope you come see us again soon!

We will be staying here again!
The stay was great. The breakfast was kept stocked and hot! The pancake maker was on the fritz, but everything else was delish! The night gal was GREAT!! Very helpful and friendly!! We discovered the Keurig machine in our room didn't work when we got there and she quickly found us a replacement for it! I wish we would've been notified that the pool was out of order, my 10yr old was REALLY looking forward to that. The shampoo and conditioner are laughably small, but I get it. Luckily there was more than one set in our bathroom. Very quiet rooms, we didn't hardly hear anyone else in the building!

Nicest staff
When we arrived at the pool was closed for rehab purposes. We had booked this hotel particularly because of the pool. Luckily, the incredibly helpful receptionist switched us over to the sister hotel five minutes down the street because they had a operational pool. I really appreciated the help and ease at which this was done to make our stay more comfortable.

Older property that has nice sized comfortable rooms. Unfortunately the pool area had been repainted the day I was there and the smell from the oil based paint made me sick. I tried a different room but that wasn’t going to work either. The front desk lady was super helpful and got me into their “Avid” hotel down the road. So it turned out fine.

Very very noisy! No sleep
We could hear everything. It was as if the walls were paper thin. We asked to move twice. Both nights the people were very loud. The 2nd night the people next to us were also blasting their TV. Being on the 1st floor with the side entry and pool didn't help. The room also had a connecting door to another room which we could see light around if they had their lights on. We were given ear plugs and that still didn't help. It was as if we were trying to sleep while a party was going on. We called multiple times about the noise too. This was by far the worst stay we've ever stayed in a hotel due to noise. The pool was also cloudy, and a dirty diaper left there- which I know isn't their fault. I'm only giving this a 2 star vs a 1 star because the staff was friendly. It was truly an awful stay and we got zero sleep both nights.

Reasonable and what you’d expect- staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was busy and chaotic at times- get there early! - but there was a good selection and items were regularly refreshed in the time we were there.

Breakfast was not great. Not many selections. Especially waiting in line forever for the waffle machine was ridiculous. Marriott has 2 waffles machine and it’s super fast not outdated holding up a long line. Pool hot tub was dirty. Needs more attention. Lots of slippery water in hall way leading out of the pool area which is asking for trouble! Easily slip and fall. They should put a rug, a sign caution wet floors anything from an accident due to happen. All the coffees pot were completely empty by 8am from the breakfast room. But the espresso machine front door is great! The mini bath stuffs like shampoo etc are super tiny! The bed was comfortable but the comforters are super thin. The pillows hurt my neck and I was freezing all night. The toilets in our room is was kiddy size, carpets needs changing but microwave and fridge was a plus. Elevator was small took forever so we used the stairs majority of our time. They did give us joining rooms per request so that was accommodating. We paid for 2 rooms but the queen beds look like twin sizes. Front desk was nice overall I wouldn’t come back there if there were other choices.
