Morning staff lady was pretty rude but the rooms were clean and comfy. Had a great breakfast setup and was a good deal from trivago. ****

Like the view outside

Overall satisfied experience compared to the price. Enjoyed the stay 😊 The internet/ wifi can be faster as it took forever to watch a video and so on. The breakfast place was too tight on the day and it took longer. Refilling food items was not done properly so only few choices left. Suggestion for another waffle maker too on busy days at least.

We also apologize for not refilling the breakfast items in a more timely manner. We do strive to keep all the breakfast choices filled properly until the end of the breakfast time. We offer many choices for our complimentary breakfast here; including, biscuits & gravy, cereals, oatmeal, bagels, fresh local apples, as well as the waffles you already mentioned.

the hotel was clean..the only complaint is the lady behind the desk spoke such bad english she was hard to understand...and the breakfast room was so small that we just turned around and went out..

Not anything like the pictures and so dirty

This was so gross so dirty and smelly we couldn’t stay there we had to get out money back!

We like to try and help all of our guests feel as comfortable as possible. When you book with us there is a cancellation policy of at least 24 hours and depending on who you book through that policy can change to 48 hours and some non-cancellable all together. We try to be considerate to all of our guests special circumstances and that is why we catered to your special request to leave early. Close to shopping n family

They charged again when I checked in was wondering how may I get a refund back to my card ..Other than that it was great0

Older motel needs improvements

Small refer and microwave on floor, really?Towels clean but hard like sandpaper. NO SOINDPROOFING at all.

We are disappointed that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. All of our rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee makers. None of the microwaves are placed on the floor. If you encountered a situation like this, we sincerely apologize. This is definitely not a standard procedure. If this happens, we urge you to let us know right away so that we may correct the issue. If any other guests are being loud, please don't hesitate to phone the front desk immediately, so that we may contact the other party and create a solution to the issue. We don't mind switching out towels either. Every once in awhile, an older towel might get by one of our hard-working housekeepers, so we urge our guests to bring that and any other issues to our attention, so that we may make your stay as comfortable as possible. Well located but rundown.

You get what you pay... it's cheap but rundown and not that clean. Rooms are small. However, employees are very nice.

It was convenient for our "group" to gather

Pros: convenience
Cons: It met our needs
Location: The KFC sign made it hard to see the Travelodge sign from the direction we were coming from. We missed it the 1st time, but not the 2nd time around.
I needed to find a motel that would be convenient for several couples to gather. The staff was able to get the 3 rooms I needed close together and on the bottom floor. Having the continental breakfast at the motel made it nice, so that we didn't have to leave to find a restaurant.
