Hotel registration staff
unfriendly. Painting exterior of building and cloud of white paint seen blowing towards hotel customers cars. Given ground floor handicap room that felt unsafe due to sliding flass door easily reached from outside. Room dark and depressing. Turned around and checked out.

I'm sorry the staff wasn't friendly upon check-in. I will be following up with the team to ensure friendly and efficient service. We are currently under renovations, and they are painting the courtyard of the hotel. We've ensured that the charcoal grey paint not get on any guest cards, and when we start painting the exterior where the parking lot is located, we will be taping off the parking spots to ensure guest do not get paint on the vehicles. Many of our ADA rooms are located on the first floor for ease of the guest. All our rooms do have locking doors on their sliders to secure from inside the room. I'm sorry it didn't feel safe. Thank you for giving us a try, and we'd love for you to come back after the renovations.
