The first night was good! Second night went to use the restroom and found a cockroach in the shower. Will not be staying here again after seeing that.

Dear Dustin,I received your review from your recent stay with us here at surestay. First of all , I wanted to say how incredibly sorry and shocked hearing there was a roach in the tub. In my 3 years I can honestly say I have never seen nor had an issue with this. With that said, I immediately contacted our pest control company and had the room treated to ensure this does not happen in the future....again I am so sorry
While the building itself looks a little old, the room furniture is new or in a good shape. Daily room cleaning, towel changes, and toiletry additions were very nice as compared to the room price.

You get what you pay for. It was clean and had the basic amenities. I was on the street side, lower floor so street traffic was noisy. No elevator so keep that in mind.
The property was clean and decent, however very noisy. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were small, flat, and gave us neck issues in the morning.

It’s located in a convenient location for access and dining. An older accommodation but was clean and a great value for the price. They allow pets and has access to a trail system adjacent to the property which a lot of properties on the west side of the river lacks. The parking lot area seems fairly safe although a bit of broken glass near the dumpster and the green space on the north side of the lot could use a bit of cleaning. Premium movie channels included and was appreciated. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.
The property is easy access from the highway. We needed a good place to stay overnight, in a predicted snow storm, before catching a 6:00 a.m. flight from Pangborn. This hotel fits the bill for us all.
Hotel was ok. Dated but also the price reflects this. Close to hwy and shopping. The tub wasn’t very clean and the ice maker was in the cubby next to my room making it very loud.

Property is outdated, towels and linens are old and dingy. Room had an overwhelming scent, some type of cleaning product that didn’t dissipate over the three days. Staff was friendly and helpful. Centrally located.

The room was spacious which was nice but the pillows and bed weren’t very comfortable. Needs to be replaced. The staff was very kind and friendly. Parking was good. To smoky that weekend to enjoy the pool.

The check in guy was rude and more concerned about smoking his cigarette.
When he decided to finish he breathed it all over me, which was /awesome/ with my asthma.

At 4:15 this morning the smoke alarm started beeping and saying, "low battery". It made my dog highly agitated but I didn't want to call the office for a handyman when my 3 grandkids were still sleeping. This went on for 3 hours until they woke up. The handyman wasn't due in until 10. They did apologize and took off the pet fee for the room.
