“My family of 4 staid for 3 nights. There were only 2 towels upon arrival. We asked for more towels every morning calling and going to the front desk but we never received them. So my family had to share towels my youngest 8 year old even using the hand towel. That was frustrating. The rooms don’t have refrigerators either.”
