The hotel is okay, a bit dated. My room was small and extremely dark. And there was only 1 plug, which was already fully utilized for the lamp and TV, so I couldn't easily charge my phone. They did eventually send up someone with an extra floor lamp, but that blew a fuse within a few minutes of him plugging it in.
On the plus side, the front desk service was exceptionally friendly and good. And the shuttle to/from the station is very prompt.
The restaurant was okay, though VERY expensive, even by Swiss standards. For a small steak with sauce and 2 sides, 2 small glasses of wine, and a small bottle of water, they charged me CHF110. No wonder the place was deserted on Valentine's Day.
The ski room was handy, but note this is not really a ski in - ski out resort. You still have to walk down the hill to the gondola and station.
