"We booked 3 nights in a hotel apartment. The first night we spent in a small room and it was not the same apartment we booked, the reception closes at 1pm so we couldn't do anything. The next day we spoke to the only receptionist there who couldn't speak English and was using a translation app, she admitted the mistake and promised to try to exchange the room for an apartment or deduct the city tax which is a very small amount! Fortunately they were able to change rooms but due to lack of time...
