Nice and clean
Nice and clean, comfortable rooms. Shame there is no kettle in the room meaning you have to go down to use a machine. Also the restaurant was not open in the evening so had to go out and find somewhere to eat.

Very central, close to Hamelin old town. Staff very helpful and polite. Very good Breakfast, freshly cooked in addition to a variety of continental breakfast options. Comfortable and spacious room! Loved the balcony we had too :-)

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for us, close to the train and the altstadt. The breakfast was excellent with awesome variety. Great choice for business or pleasure

Not really Fabulous, but not much better around
Average property with below average breakfast and food in general. Don't be fooled by the Fabulous rating. The property is OK and there's not much better offering nearby. Maybe that's why they have no motivation to improve?

Hameln refuge.
This hotel is located on the outskirts of the old town with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside side from the balcony. The rooms are fairly dated, particularly the bathroom. The bed was a littleness room firm for me . The breakfast was superb with wonderful choices including pancakes. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel in a quiet but central location.
Very enjoyable one-night stay. We strolled around the town from the hotel and appreciated the location. Had a refreshing swim in the decent-sized pool. (N.B. Take a towel from the room. Their were none at the pool). The buffet breakfast was excellent - plenty of fruit and pancakes, and the coffee was good.

Hameln great vacation stay.
Nice hotel. Centrally located with an easy walk to the city center. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable room which slept 3 adults. Great breakfast. Only complaint is that we didn't stay longer.

Modern hotel with generously sized rooms.
Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating and was able to help with several requests. Overall a great value and a comfortable place to stay.

OK room, no aircondition, terrible with 28 degrees celsius. Lost of birds outside that kept us awake all night. OK parking facility.

We enjoyed our visit to Hameln and look forward to returning in the summer. The hotel was a short walk through a park into town. We ate at the hotel Saturday night and had a good meal too. Breakfast was the usual buffet with a chef making omelettes, waffles eggs as desired. A good break

+ good spread of breakfast + swimming pool is a plus + friendly reception - restaurant has little options for vegetarian for dinner - missing consumables (soap, shampoo, ...) after the 1st day - food is expensive in the restaurant

A nice friendly hotel in a quiet area. To little parking space for hotel guests, so I had to park in a residential area a few hundred meters away. Have a nice restaurant with very good food and friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Stay was good. I did not use anything else other than the restaurant so cannot comment. Restaurant is well appointed. Breakfast spread is quite good. The staff are the delight of the hotel and the best reason to stay here.

Hotel with a great location
The hotel is just across the street from the Historic town, next to the city hall and the famous piped peter status, a park and a theatre. The breakfast was hearty and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The double-room is not huge, but spacious enough for a couple, and all rooms are equipped with a veranda.

A car park for only 10 cars and I had to carry my case around the houses to where I had to park. Not good for a 4 start hotel. The room was sooo small; I thought it was a cupboard. The towel was old with threads hanging off. Not good for a 4 start hotel. Personnel were very professional.

We stay here whenever in area. Nice, large, clean rooms. Good food in restaurant with outdoor seating available. The wiener schnitzel was outstanding! Lovely park next door and easy access to shops & restaurants. Quiet rooms. Only issue we ever had was we were told check out was 11. We asked for a delay to 12 but were told not possible. So I sat in the lobby for an hour. Them I asked the desk clerk why (since we are regular guests) we could not have that hour, she informed us check out is noon and we should have been allowed access to the room for that hour. "I'm sorry my colleague told you that". No further info given. I had to leave so quickly I left my phone charger behind. They offered to send it to me for €3.45 or €36. If I wanted insurance. Anyway, it's a great hotel. Just have a bit of sour taste right now because of that hour of discomfort and what I felt was an insincere apology.

The parking was very easy as you can just park in the underground garage of the Rathaus. The hotel is right next to it. It's also very closely located to the Altstadt where you can see all the tourist attractions.

Overall it was good and for the most part it was a nice hotel. Had a lovely view of the town and surrounding hills. Breakfast was great and quite tasty. I would recommend getting the larger room or bed if staying more than one night.

Very comfortable room, close to Altstadt
This large, modern hotel overlooks a beautiful city park, just right for afternoon & evening strolling. The old city was a short walk on the other side of the park. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was overwhelming - there were so many choices - enough for several meals! The staff was courteous, but always seemed to be very busy. Parking was in a parking garage around the corner from the hotel.

Steps from old town
Very convenient location for visits to the old town, which can be explored on foot a short distance away from the hotel. Parking is limited, especially on a busy day, but off-street parking is available as the neighbouring streets are very residential. Breakfast is not bad.

Comfrtable hotel, 5 mins from the Altstadt
I'll start with the only negative comment I'm going to make - the car parking is very limited and, the staff admitted, they can't even be sure that every space is occupied b a hotel guest. So be ready to have to drive around the corner to the municipal car park (underground) when you arrive. It's no great inconvenience, the car parks actually under the hotel but they do charge you 7.50 a day, so be aware. That said, everything else about the hotel was top-rate; the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was remarkable, in my experience, for a chain hotel and the location is ideal. There's a nice swimming pool (which we checked out but didn't use), a Bierstuben with a great range of drinks, hard to think of anything missing. We'll definitely be using this place again.
