“Our room was lovely and clean. The breakfast room was well stocked and we were invited to help ourselves to snacks anytime. The staff was helpful and personable. We only had occasion to stay one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we had reason to be in the area.”

“Complete dump - I could smell that animals had been in the room - I didn't even stay the night - went to another hotel”

“We have no issues usually with this place. However. This time there were a few things I was annoyed about. First the breakfast was a joke. We have always had options when we have stayed and their were very few. It'd not a continental breakfast i know the difference. We weren't the only ones unhappy about this. The bath towels aren't large enough to even wrap around your body, maybe if you were 10 yrs old. The towels were also very scratchy and old.”

“The positive: an incredible view of Lake Erie, if your room is on the north side. The negative: listening to Bayfront Parkway all night, as well as the rock band at the Sloppy Duck across the street.”

“Great location off I90! Lots of space in lobby to gather with friends and family. Loved the big screen in lobby where we could watch FIFA games. Felt our room was dark so it needed better or more lighting.”
