I booked a King Suite with Whirlpool tub. The tub was a significant factor in choosing this hotel.
They have an app for check in/out and digital key. The digital key wasn’t ready until 1.5hrs after we arrived, even though I checked in through the app well before we arrived.
When we tried to use the Whirlpool tub, there was no stopper. I called the front desk, told them what we were wanting to do and the problem was, so they sent up the "house man." When he came up, I showed him that there was no stopper. He said he would try to find one. After about 20 minutes, he returned, let himself in (much to our surprise), and installed the stopper. Once he left, and we "secured" the door, we filled the Whirpool with anticipation. When the water was at the right level, we pushed the button...and nothing. We found out the next morning that none of the Whirlpools work. They are preparing to remodel and remove them all.
They were extremely busy, and busy meant noisy. But they were also nice and professional. The premises was clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was hot.
