It is getting worse.

Pros: Clean sink and blankets.
Cons: Remodeling. review the price for what you are offering.
After two days reservation my room was no ready at 6 pm on 11 floor, they assigned me another room in a higher floor with a horrible back view and a weed smelling in the balcony coming from another lower room balcony,,,,, Bathtub clogged or very slowwwwww draining, so I open my eyes to see the reality what I am paying for a night here? I could stay 3 nights in a cheap hotel with that money,,,, old carpet, strange smell in my room, hard to open balcony door and scary balcony cracked floor, blankets and pillows clean but old mattress, mechanical noisy room during the night, it is no my first stay here but definitely the last one.

Depends on purpose of your stay

It was fine but I wouldn't stay here again. I was sold on the shuttle to the historic downtown area, but I didn't realize the shuttle only ran a few times a day (and never the times we needed). We ended up taking ALOT of Ubers. In the end I wish we had just spent more on a hotel in a better location instead of needing Uber. Rooms were OK but need updating.

Beautiful 360 degree view of the charleston From my window. Nice restaurant on top with expansive views

Check in clerk horrible....check out clerk good...

Pros: Views
Cons: low ceiling...humid room..restaurant host unwelcoming
Location: shopping and waterpark
nothing positive to write about...Horrible check in clerk ...Child threw up in the pool and no one came to attend the pool....restaurant host acted suspicious...even though I gave him my free breakfast card and a $10.00 tip..

Very friendly staff, some of the bathroom fixtures pulled away from the wall. Needs exterminator....roaches big and small.

Great views outside but not inside

Stayed one night on quick visit through town. Location is easy and close to downtown, large parking lot, beautiful views of marshlands from all rooms. Check-in/out at desk was usual. Unfortunately, the room was noisy due to traffic below and guests talking and walking in the hallway. Small repairs and maintenance are needed in the rooms.

70's throw-back

Great roof-top bar. Rest of hotel is in poor condition. Location is excellent.

The room had a very unpleasant smell and the bathroom was very cramped. We chose this location for the balcony overlooking the harbor only to find that the patio was permanently locked.
