I didn’t feel welcomed, staffs are present but can’t feel that they’re there. Massive pool and 3 jacuzzis, we only went once. Shower rooms have empty shower gel and shampoo bottles. A lot of people in and out of hotel mostly gym members if I’m not mistaken, would be nice if they have other entrance. Went there for our 15th wedding anniversary would be nice if the hotel put simple greeting card to make it special but yeah I guess it’s not the same for all the hotels."
