"Affordable but remote"
This is a new hotel, bright, clean, and it came at a good price. The kitchenette in the room was perfect, clean, functional, and well-supplied. It was more like a time share than a hotel, except that there was only one chair in the room, a swivel desk chair. There is no iron or ironing board in the room, but the desk clerk brought me one on request.
On the down side, there is no desk service except between noon and eight. Our relatives' plane was delayed. They had reserved a room but could not get in; they had to go to another hotel.
Also, the location was way out there on a divided highway, 202, and it felt quite far from everything. One way to get there, the way my gps guided me, was very complicated and ran through fields and woods. The other way, the lady at the desk told me, is to go straight out 202, overshoot the hotel and turn around in the Wawa parking lot to get back to it. I was not fond of either approach.
In short, the arrangement was not conducive to going in and out unless you like doing a lot of driving around. But if you just want a decent place to go to, and stay, where you can bring your own food, and use the free wifi, this is just fine.
