Unfriendly, dirty rooms, TV didn't work, and more

First I was greeted by an unfriendly reception after ringing the bell in the lobby and then waiting five or more minutes before someone appeared from the back office. Then the mannerisms, demeanor, tone, and social skills that one would expected to receive as a guest at a hotel was a total disappoint at the this place. The parking situation is bad ... there is only one way in and out of the place. The walls are paper thin ... could hear the guest talking late during the night in thr adjacent rooms. The bottom line ... I wouldn't go back to the place.
