They wanted to keep my 25$ deposit because I was giving them attitude. The 25$ was for a damage deposit. No damage at all was made. The male and female owner are very rude.

Hi Matin, You are free to give any rating rating you like. On and off we get very arrogant, bad mouth people like you. Usually because they are unstable themselves they tend to damage in rooms. Similar behavior happened few weeks ago, and we had to charge 800 to cover damages.

Site was convenient for my business trip. Close to major freeway. Room was very clean and staff were very pleasant.
Not alot of frills. No coffee machine in room, but I was satisfied with the accomodations and the price was very fair for the area.

If you like a no frills, clean room with Wi-Fi. This is for you. Vending machines available at the end of the building. Coffee was available a mile down the road at a convenience store.

Hi Gabriella. Seems like you are confused. Your relative came to check-in using your user name. I think by mistake he did reservation using your name. He couldn't check-in on your name. I asked him to cancel reservation, which we can't do from here, he has to do from his end, suddenly he got mad and started saying bad words. You can't blame customer service and management for your mistake.
