Pros: location
Cons: only there 8hrs
Location: convenient location, good access to restaurants.
Only there overnight. great access to i-80 abd local restaurants.

Pros: Location and very clean
Cons: Mattress
Seems the mattress was not as comfortable as other Hampton Inn hotels. Everything was clean and staff very nice/helpful.

Needs a refurb

Location: Iowa State Fair, family
We have stayed at this hotel several times. Noticeable this time was our room looked a bit worn. Holes in outside screens, stains on the draperies, scratches on the inside part of the door leading into the room. Overall the room looked liked it needed a deep cleaning and a refurbishment. It's condition and location (we got there late and they put us next to a first floor exit) made it feel like we paid too much for what we received.

First room was very musty. Second room was a bit better. Would stay here again.

Really good right-off I80 highway.

First time staying at the Fairfield. Found it to be very pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. This particular hotel had the best water pressure in the shower that I have experienced in my recent travels. The am breakfast was really well done, lots of choices. The only thing I would recommend is that the pool be cleaned. The water was fine, but it appeared that the pool sides and bottom just needed a good scrub. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Comfortable and convenient

I stopped here on my way across country. The hotel was close to the highway and very convenient and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a good night's rest. The staff was friendly.

Very comfortable and clean but a little loud.

Excellent hotel. Entrance/atrium echoes loudly for rooms nearest on both floors.
