Monthly Stays In West Des Moines

Pros: It is clean and has a very delicious breakfast. The suites are very comfortable.
Cons: Center the television in the bedroom so that both guests can see it better. That's all.
Location: There seems to be a lot of shopping and restaurants surrounding the Springhill in West Des Moines.
I really enjoy staying at the Springhill when I'm in West Des Moines, IA, monthly. The suites are clean and roomy. The king bed is very comfortable and the staff is always quick to address my special requests. The jet tub is very relaxing and a very good way to end a long day.

close to sites

Pros: quite and clean.
Cons: found nothing I could complain about
Location: we picked this hotel for the reason that we had a girls tournament to go to the next day and didn't want to leave at no 5 in the morning to get there.
we enjoyed the stay for many reasons. We were close to were we needed to go for our volleyball tournament and then to have a bite to eat near the hotel. The rooms were fairly quite and roomy. The breakfast was more than we were expecting and with plenty to choose from.

Nice hotel in West Des Moines

Pros: it was clean and quiet
Cons: Nothing. I would have liked bacon with the free breakfast, but other than that, it was all good.
Location: We visited family, so didn't really take in any sites.
The check in was fast, the staff very friendly, the room was clean, the swimming pool was just as pictured. Breakfast was just fine. Overall, a very nice stay. I would recommend.

Close to many activities

The stay was enjoyable. The room had many amenities. And it was also close to a lot of activities for families. In the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel close to Solheim Cup golf tournament.

Pros: Location for Solheim Cup Golf event
Cons: Need transportation for dining and airport.
Location: Close to mall.
Had welcome reception on Thursday night - very nice touch. Good breakfasts. Roomy room.

Unfortunately the hotel was filled with families and kids for an athletic competition. They took over the place. I was driving across the country and just wanted to get in the hot tub and relax. The pool and hot tub was jammed with kids. I really think the hotel should have closed off for other guests and let the kids have a great time. So I guess ask before booking. But who would have thought to ask..

Nice hotel at a great price

Just passing through on the way home from a family vacation. Great place to rest and the accomadations were roomy enough for a family of 5.

Enjoyed our stay except for lousy wifi. Had a complimentary happy hour which was a nice treat.
