The home is very close to Mt. Snow Resort and sits right on the ski shuttle route, so getting to the slopes will be easy. With four unique mountain faces nearby, you and your family can feel free to explore without having to go too far. This townhouse's open concept living room with vaulted ceiling overlooks the forest and is close to plenty of local shopping. The home itself is bright and welcoming. Enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, lounging in front of the living room fireplace, or sipping coffee on the patio. Even remote work is more fun here! This home has a well-appointed home office featuring three monitors, a Bloomberg keyboard, and high-speed internet. Don't forget to take advantage of the outdoor deck as well to breathe in that fresh air with a favorite beverage in hand. A gas grill is also provided.

Things to Know
If you chose to bring a dog, keep them leashed because of bears and other wildlife.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: Shuttle to ski slopes. Schedule is provided before the start of the ski season.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
