Dirty property with rude staff. Be careful of the inflated amenities charge hold on your credit card for a room that does not have any amenities.

The floors were very dirty and there was boogers on the walls in the bathroom, the first until I entered smelled like curry so I asked for a different room but the 2nd room had sticky floors and mucus on the bathroom room walls

The toilet was overflowing and when I called the front desk for help at 11pm they told me they would out a work order in for maintenance but they wouldn’t be in until 8 am. When it happened again, I called the desk they told me to put towels down. When I told them I was out of towels they said I would have to bring the towels I used down to the front office before they could Give me any more. I told them I literally had water from the bathroom to the front door. I asked if they could come and take the old towels and bring me New ones - since it was now 11:30 pm and I was in my pajamas they said no. He did tell me that I should turn the water off to the toilet. He also informed me that there were no other rooms open for me to move to. I believe that no matter what kind of hotel you stay in, a functioning toilet is a minimal requirement. I’m addition to that, the room was dirty and pretty beat up. The Kleenex box was stuck to the bathroom sink and the refrigerator had dings all over it. I’ll never stay at an extended stay again

Out of all the extended stays that i have stayed at in the last 3 years this one is the cleanest one around in the chicagoland area very well upkept and maintained very clean the halls dont smell at all either great staff very helpful.

This place is very different from a typical hotel - apparently a converted apartment complex. The rooms are really old, floors not clean. The front desk staff did not seem 'happy' to receive guests. No mention of the breakfast, and we realized why the next morning. The breakfast area is closed and there is no heads up at check-in. (Expedia still lists "free breakfast"). We were told the luggage carts are inside each 'building' but there are none. There is not even an ice machine in each building, you have to go to the main biulding to get everything. There are no utensils that come with the room, but need to be requested and picked up. Then the utensils are of very cheap quality. The fridge in the room, did not break (so technicallyl still working) but it is not at all cold. At this point, we stopped asking for anything. NOT RECOMMENDED for families that especially think that they can treat this stay like a home and not have to worry about anything.

I love the front desk. Meriam was lovely not sure on the spelling. I will be back. The best part is this hotel has ovens! Not only that but the hot water is to die for.
