the rooms are in need of upgrades. paint and wallpaper peeling off, bed is very uncomfortable. the heater was STUCK on high we couldn't get it turned down even after we turned it off completely, ended up sleeping with the window open in the middle of winter. trying to rest and sleep is a no go in our particular room. kids running around the hallways and above our room. we called to complain and they told us they would look into it, but never received an update nor did the running around subside. in a pinch I might stay here again as it is close to amenities, but theres ALOT of other hotels to choose from next door and across the roads... no breakfast?

Nice hotel and comfy beds. Nice and clean. Only issue was a vibration that would happen every hour or so in the Spa Suite room 228. The vibration woke us up a couple of times in the mornings cause the whole cabinet under the TV would start to shake. Not what I expected for the price of the room per night. Other than that everything was good!

Excellent stay. Upgraded to theme room and given a free buffet breakfast for each morning a value of $102.00 for both of us. Bathroom light flickered and the housekeeper had an electrician there to fix it after she made up our room, before we even mentioned it to the desk. Super clean room. Quiet and only $20.50 for taxi to hospital. $22.00 per person shuttle to airport. Had an excellent rate booked 4 weeks ahead.
