Coffee pot plug not working, faucet hot&cold reversed, tile on floor broken, handicap bar loose, sheetrock damaged by tub.

Visited Galveston for a UTMB graduation event. This is a great location, reasonable rates and the staff are so helpful and friendly.

Okay hotel, needs serious upgrade

The hotel was subpar compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses. The outdoor patio had chipped paint and rusty doors. The STAFF WAS AMAZING. The whole hotel needs a modernized remodeling, it’s so outdated.

Our room was on the first floor and the elevator were right next to it...all I could hear was the elevators and foot steps from above all the time. We forgot our key one day and the front desk clerk had a attitude about it. We also ask for a receipt and they said they could not gives us one bcos we book thru Expedia .

This was a very nice motel with easy access to all the things we wanted to see in the Galveston area.

Nice hotel across street from beach

nice balcony to go out on and look at the ocean. only thing I wished they had is a safe in the room

Great seawall Blvd option

Great hotel stay for overnight before cruise the next day. Some carpet stains and air conditioner was unplugged, but otherwise a great stay!

First room had a musty smell,we were going to try and overlook until the TV wouldn’t work. Front desk was very helpful in gettting is a different room. This room the toilet was continuously running and the plug ins on the lamps didn’t work but the TV did. Glad it was just for one night. The second room also musty smell. Rooms smell like they have been very wet and not cleaned well.
