Exceptional accommodations and staff

From the time I arrived at valet, I was impressed with the friendliness and eagerness of the staff to assist and the cleanliness of the facilities. My room was lovely and incredibly comfortable. The conference staff and accommodations were impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice hotel - good location

We spent 3 nights in Nashville and found Loews hotel perfect - directly opposite Vanderbilt University and bus stop for both Trolley Tour and Music City Hop on bus. Taxi back from Ryman & downtown bars cost less than $10 . Staff were great and really friendly We ate in restaurant one evening , but found the same menu availabke in the bar which has more atmosphere - probably because we stayed midweek.

Good value. OK location.

Nice room that was quiet despite being next to the elevator. Friendly staff. Shuttle SUV was usually not readily available, so next time, I’d stay closer to downtown to save on Lyft costs that definitely added up.

Hotel staff was excellent, it was our 20th wedding anniversary. They upgraded our room on their own and truly made our stay memorable.

Friendly staff

Friendly staff, Clean Hotel. The free shuttle service was very back up and slow so we use a local cab service.

Overpriced but very nice.

Pros: Close to Vanderbilt. Very welcoming staff at the door. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice TVs, and black out shades, Great shuttle w/in 3 miles.
Cons: Free coffee in lobby, parking is expensive
Location: across the street from Vanderbilt. Shuttle will take downtown
Visited Vanderbilt. Hotel is very nice and clean with a very welcoming staff. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and black out shades. Nice big TV. Appreciated the shuttle which will take you within a 3 mile radius of the hotel.

Run down for 4.5 star hotel

With a 4.5/5 star classification, we were quite surprised by all the chipped paint, dirty doors, lots of chipped paint in the room, parking garage was really grimey with the elevator not functioning properly, hotel guest parking sensor not working.....just felt if you are going to be a 4.5 hotel and charge $250 per nite and up, it should be done better. Won't return

Wonderful Hotel!

Love staying at the Loews. Besides the gorgeous rooms the staff at the Loews is amazing. Everyone is always so beyond nice. We always have a great stay here.
