Great hotel and location. Beautiful and located centrally to Vanderbilt, restaurants and the famous Nashville strip. Hard to go wrong.

Expected more from Loews

Property is a bit dated and guest rooms are in need of upgrade. Guest room had broken shades, residue in sink and stained carpet. Furnace was loud and made it difficult to sleep.

Nice hotel close to downtown

Great location and a nice hotel. Didn’t love that I had to pay for parking but I had a good trip regardless.

Returning to a college reunion

While it was homecoming weekend, one would expect hotel room rates to be elevated. However, the amount charged for this room in this hotel was outrageous! The room was outdated and the bathroom extremely worn. The noise from the hall and the adjacent room was far too much. The hotel is just across from campus, that is perhaps the real plus for this hotel. However, there are now other hotels as close. Stay in one of those!

Weekend getaway

Pros: Beautiful spacious room. Room service was excellent.
Location: Music row was a quick cab ride away.
Beautiful hotel with professional and courteous staff. We enjoyed our stay immensely and definitely recommend this property.

Very Loud!

Everything was excellent until we tried to go to sleep. Room doors are very loud when closed. Sounds as if they are being slammed. Doors were closing loudly until the early morning hours making sleep very difficult. Then room service was knocking on the door before 9am when check out is noon.

Nice hotel, close to downtown

Pros: Location, great restaurant, big room, nice staff.
Cons: The rooms need updated! They are big but space is not utilized wisely. Bathroom and closet in great need of redoing.
Location: Near to downtown, can walk to a lot of places, music, eat, drink!
The hotel was very nice, our room was a good size. Lobby was nice, restaurant in the hotel was great! The bar area was nice also. They have a complimentary shuttle service which we utilized a lot. Very friendly, attentive staff.

Beautiful hotel downtown

I have to agree with others that it's just a little unusual that the hotel doesn't have a pool, however it is such a nice hotel that it's not total missed. We had a corner room which was VERY spacious and clean and comfortable. Oh and the room didn't have a refrigerator which was also mildly annoying since we like to keep our own drinks in the room so we are not paying $10 for a bottle of water. The linens were super soft! So much so that I wrote down the name so I could buy them for my house! I would definitely recommend the Loews.

Reservation cancelled inappropriately

Booked reservation back in March. When I checked in they told me my reservation was cancelled. Obviously their mistake. They gave me a room with a double bed and view on parking lot. Really noisy. I had booked a king bed. Never did I get an apology or offer to make up for their mistakes from any of the 2 managers I spoke to. Basically suck it up. The hotel is NOT worth the 500$ a night

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. After further investigation, we discovered your original reservation was cancelled due to the charge being disputed to the hotel. A full refund was issued to the card as a result. Despite accommodating another reservation, our occupancy did not allow us to honor the same room type originally booked and disputed. We are very sorry for the impression you left our hotel with after this series of unfortunate events and hope to one day regain your trust and confidence.
