My family has not had a bad experience while visiting Moody Gardens. The staff is always very helpful. It is close to more than just Moody Gardens. The Island is pretty easy to get around too. My family always stays here whenever we are in town, and will do so for the many years to come.

Had two rooms, both rooms bath tubs were full of rust and sink wouldnt drain. Staff moved one of our rooms to a juiner suit but had to pay $115 extra to upgrade. Our second room was moved to another room which had the same sink and tub issue so they moved us a third time to a honey moon suit which was alot better. Staff people were nice and helpful just alot of headache having to move multiple times. Overall had a good weeked at the resort. Everything was a little over priced but we enjoyed ourselves
