Great Hotel but had one major flaw

I have always enjoyed staying here and found experience to be great. This time, however, they are using some heavy scented floral oil or spray in the front desk area that I was allergic to. I could not go near the front desk without having respiratory symptoms. At check in I told one of the women behind the desk and she became a little bit defensive about it. Thankfully the oil isn’t used elsewhere. I could not have stayed there if that had been the case. Everything else about the stay was excellent.

Good experience. Very happy with room and service. I would definitely use again. Very convenient to the sports arenas and enjoyed being able to walk around and see some of the sites.

Great hote but noisy door

I was put in a room right next to the stair case on the 4th floor and the door to the staircase was very loud and many people banged the door throughout the night. Other than the door the hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff were all very helpful! The room service was delicious!!

It was a great experience. I just hate having to pay for WiFi. And I hate when house keeping knocks on your door the morning of checkout while you’re still sleeping. Of course if you don’t hear the knock they just walk right on in. It’s no big deal because they’re always really polite. It’s just really awkward.
