De locatie is uitstekend. Midden in het centrum van Oostende. 1min wandelen en je bent op het strand en winkelstraat. De inkom is vernieuwd en we zijn vriendelijk ontvangen. Onze kamer was zeer klein, de vloer kraakte en er zaten oneffenheden in. Je hoort alles op de kamer. Het paneel achter het bed zat los. De lift is zeer klein. Onze buggy pastte er net in.

Al was het maar voor 1 nacht,heb ervan genoten.De locatie is perfect!!! Prijs/kwaliteit oké. Voor de betaalde prijs kan je niet meer verwachten.Dik in orde. Bij ontbijt,een koude zaal...jas aanhouden...minder comfortabel!

On Monday the property did not offer luggage storage before 15 p.m. Afterwards the personel was friendly, but it was a bit strange that the desk was closed in the morning

De bedden zijn smerig, de matrassen vol vlekken. Brandveiligheid is zeer slecht van waar wij zaten (3de verdieping). Plafonds zijn bruin en de vloeren liggen los. Matrassen dun en de veren steken in je rug. Beneden alles tip top in orde, zodra je de lift boven uitstapt is het het tegenovergestelde. Al met al niet echt een top ervaring, zou het niet aanraden.

Geachte, jammer genoeg kunnen wij geen filmpjes uploaden van hoe u de kamer heeft achtergelaten. De Kamermeisjes hebben in geen tijden een kamer gezien die zo smerig werd achtergelaten. Ik mag hopen voor u, dat u enkel geen respect kunt tonen voor het kamerpersoneel, en u het bij u thuis wat netter achterlaat. Met vriendelijke groet

Net hotel, kamer wel wat verouderd. Vreemde geur in de slaapkamer. We zouden het niet meteen opnieuw boeken.

Les chambres sont de taille correcte, l équipements juste le nécessaire. Mais par contre la literie est super confortable. Le lit et les coussins vous font juste un câlin quand vous vous couchez

20 euros pour un petit chien! Franchement exagéré. Chambres très mal insonorisées. La tele ne fonctionnait pas. Déco vraiment triste dans les chambres

Dear guest, we are sorry your stay was not to your liking. Unfortunately you did not let us know anything during your stay. We charge 20 euros because it's a fix rated. We can not ajust the charge for a dog according to the size of the dog. Many dogs cause a lot of expensive cleaning.
