Good place for a family
The hotel was very clean and had all the basic needs for our family of 4. The sofa bed was easy to pull out. I did wish that we had clean towels for the second day after our first night at the beach and I didn't bring shampoo since it is normally in the hotel, and there was but the tiny bottle wasn't enough for 4 of us in our stay. But overall we were very pleased.

no option during booking to confirm if the room with view is available. If you end up with windows looking into fireexit stairways, not much fun.

Couple visit to Bruges and Ostend
Our studio was well equipped and the room was really cosy! The views weren’t great as the only view was into other people’s rooms! But generally for the price it was a lovely stay

It was nearly perfect. The only thing I’d advise the hotel is to leave some cream and sugar for the guests to make it easy to make the first morning coffee. I arrived late and that would’ve come in handy my first day. Other than that, very nice, clean, quiet, everything new, very nice staff. Thank you Rudy and Kathy.

Cela fait la deuxième année que nous y allons. Juste deux , petites remarque . Il y a plus de séparation entre balcon ! Le divan lit devient vieux et inconfortable ( mal de dos ) et les vitres étaient sale . Pour le reste ok .

Sehr schick und in gutem Schuß. Sicherer Zugang, netter Empfang. Nur die Kopfkissen waren wieder Hoteltypisch vom Ikea Wühltisch. Strand war ganz in der Nähe, parken war auch kein Problem aber so teuer wie nirgendwo anders in Belgien.

Tof tof verblijf gehad in Oostende
Wij hebben het echt naar ons zin gehad. Een echte aanrader. Wij verbleven voor 10 dagen in een deluxe studio. Wij hebben echt 100 procent kunnen genieten van ons verblijf in Oostende.
