Well-appointed hotel with lively bar and dining room. Also a nice swimming pool and sauna. Very close to the station with 40minute-connection from Lille.

On Saturday night went to the outside bar and had to repeatedly go and find a waiter/waitress in order to get a drink. Had to sit outside because we had a pet there wasn't an issue sitting outside. But with having to figure out if there where servers that went outside to check on the patrons of the hotel. There was only 1 elevator for all floors and i found myself waiting sometimes 5 to 10 minutes just to get off my floor to go down stairs. Staff was friendly but forgetful. The location was good for night life and the train station and shopping. Parking would be a nightmare if they where booked up, i would advise not driving a large vehicle. Up charge for pets, parking, anything you drink in the fridge.

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. The family room is quite large which is nice for the kiddos. Parking is a bit of challenge as you are next the train station.

Very nice room, comfortable, clean. Could do with some more vegan options for breakfast - eg a margerine that is clearly labelled as vegan, possibly something other than eggs

A very nice stay
Very nice hotel, excellent location in front of the statin, large and comfortable room. Lovely bar. But quality of food at breakfast should be improved (eg. greasy eggs).

No car park available!
The property has no parking and you can't park anywhere in the city for more than 2 hours. An absolute pain that I'd avoid unless arriving via train! The hotel is new and will be nice when the building works have been finished.

They put me in a room close to lift Noisey as, you could here everything in the corridor and in the rooms next door, and I mean everything The room was nice , bathrooms great, but the noise between rooms was a big disappointment, no noise from outside as windows were triple glazed Probably better to stay in the youth hostel down the road next time

Parkhotel Kortrijk
The pool and steam room were relaxing. The hotel bar is very modern and swanky and they have a large supply of various alcohol, beer and specialty drinks. Breakfast selection was food and dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent. I ordered beef tenderloin and was cooked exactly as ordered. The front desk staff were welcoming and assisted in renting a car for the day.

Good hotel located just outside the train station
Hotel condition and facilities are really good. The only letdown was the service at breakfast. I appreciate it is self service but you're left to figure out on your own where everything is and also where to get cutlery! One thing to note is that the gym and pool are self service before 10am i.e. you'll need to grab yourself a towel from behind spa reception area as it'll be unmanned.

I've stayed in the Park a few times while travelling for work. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The location is great, right in the centre of everything. Breakfast is good, cant comment on dinner as I've always gone out to eat. The bar in the hotel is great, always busy even during the week with a good atmosphere, and a lovely outdoor area which is great in the summer

I like the Park Hotel Kortrijk. But this trip was not the best. There was a smell of sewage in the first floor hallway. My room was tiny(130) toilet squeaked each time we sat on it. My most shocking experience was watching the man and woman working the front desk at noon on 03 Aug 18. My husband greeted them, they looked at each other smirked and has yet to return the common greeting. The only saving grace was the manager on duty came behind the counter and greeted me as I was paying to my bill to leave.

Cool hotel and spa. Really top class hotel - staff very helpful they swapped our room with shower to a room with bath. Fantastic "Jules Bar" and brilliant breakfast Visiting from UK Eurostar. Came by 30mins taxi from Lille (€50) and went back by train €14 in same amount of time. Definitely returning

Right across from the train station, very nice
The hotel is chic, clean, has 2 restaurants, a gym, a pool, a sauna, a steam room, massages and facial services and located in a very convenient location right across from the train station. The breakfast is so good, so fresh, the staff are nice and helpful. There is nothing to complain. It will be nice to have toiletries of hair conditioner, q-tips and body lotion like other high end hotels but may be it's a European thing not to have them?
