I booked a room and later realized I booked it for the wrong date the 18, instead of the 19th. I called them to see if can move the date back and they told me I have to pay the full price of the room in order to cancel. Then pay another full price for another room. So basically pay 2 times for 1 night all because of an error. I told Expedia to discontinue doing business with this hotel. They are going to give Expedia a bad reputation, makes me not want to book a hotel through expedia ever again. I will never book this hotel ever again. I stayed there 4 tines before. Not ever again though
