Staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Room was pretty clean but I found food crumbs on the floor in a few places and I didn’t eat in the room. Overall very nice experience though.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the furniture in the room. The cabinet where the refrigerator was in the bottom of cabinet was broken and splintered.

Teens on our floor knocking on the door and running. Also there wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was so bad I never got more than 2 bars
Horrible experience. I was constantly locked out of my room, half the channels don't work, I had a broken microwave and my first room had hair in the toilet. Staffing took no accountability and couldve been nicer.

The smell of marijuana everywhere. Could not take a shower the water barely stayed warm for a few minutes.

There was a lot of garbage surrounding the property. We had an issue with the hot water, where it took me 10 minutes to get the shower water to a non boiling level
We enjoyed our stay but not real comfortable going out at night. I also want to commend the lady who seemed to be in charge of the breakfast on Sunday, Dec. 24 as well as the man who was helping her. Every food item was always stocked, the areas where people serve themselves always kept clean, the dining room also kept clean. Very enjoyable.
They are in the process of some renovations. The rooms need some new items such as upholstered chairs. Staff was nice.

Property is river front and a beautiful patio with a working fireplace for relaxing along with a peaceful night air and an adult beverage of your choice (BYOB). Property is currently in going renovations and will be beautifully adored upon completion. Staff is amazing and friendly, housekeeping works hard to maintain a clean environment. Close to shopping and sightseeing.
First of all Expedia didn’t send our reservation to Hampton so that held up check in. Then the first room the lock was stuck out so the door wouldn’t shut. The second room had bugs in the bed. The third room had not been serviced after the last guest. Finally after moving our things 4 times the room was good. All rooms had dust in the heater vents and dirty carpet. None of the bathrooms were hooked up to an exhaust fan. The desk attendant was great. She was very helpful and patient with us. Very good employee. I would give her 5 stars.

I would like a credit I chose this hotel mainly for the pool, gym and tub. Pool was shut down this morning. I could not take a bath at all drainer would not close. Reported about the tub, front desk said someone will fix it in the morning 7/8ish was not fixed. I have a video of the tub.
The Hotel needs to be refurbished. The rooms were OK but they and the hotel looks old and grubby. Our room was not clean and after numerous requests to get it cleaned, it was only cleaned on the 5th time and then it was a cursory attempt. The area it was in was safe and there were plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Shame about the rooms though.
The hotel was fine -- comfortable, clean, quiet, pleasant atmosphere. Accolades to the staff and support personnel - they were all personable, efficient, and especially helpful.

This hotel is perfect if you're starting or ending the GAP trail ride. It's about 9 miles from the end of the GAP trail so we rode from the start of the trail and back the day before we started our GAP ride. We left our car parked in there lot for 4 nights until we got hauled back from Cumberland MD. Everything worked perfectly. The hotel if very accommodating. This hotel is within walking distance of a huge area of shops, even has a costco next door. Highly recommend this location
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Views were great. I will definitely be back.

Delayed check in by an hour, no sheets for the pull out bed available without going to reception. Random wet spots in the room and a lack of customer service to resolve said issues.

Way too expensive, over priced for what it was. Weekend getaway with the wife and cost over 400 dollars. Room was already dirty, food left in refrigerator. I’m a Hilton Honors Gold member and this was not the Standard.
Also a loyal Hotels.com member and it wasn’t my best choice.
The wifi at the hotel was down almost the whole week I was there. The routers were working—there was an issue with the login screen. This was a tremendous impediment (I was trying to do work and so were other guests) and no solution or accommodation was offered.
