“Host greeted us upon our arrival. He showed us around the place and how everything worked. The location was excellent. We were there for the weekend for a wedding and we were very happy with the accommodations. We slept well. It was very quiet and the beds were excellent.”

“Our family enjoyed staying at this home. The house was neat, tidy and clean! The home owner was responsive with quick communications and the home had many essentials needed for our stay. We also enjoyed the outside deck, grill and fire pit. The additional beach items (beach chairs and beach towels) were also available for our use. We are looking forward to returning for another vacation!”

“Very clean, well quipped property. The lay out is exactly as shown in the listing. It is in a great location for access to outer cape communities, but an easy point from which to access the rest of the Cape. One caveat, if you are elderly and/or have mobility issues, (both of which apply to us) the stairs may interfere with your enjoyment of the property. It’s on us that we didn’t consider this before we booked the property as we found the stairs to be a problem. ”

“Had to go to the Cape for work, so decided to make an off-season weekend out of it. Traveled with 3 adults, two teens and our small dog. The Sailboat Suite was very spacious and lots of great character. Positive reviews all around from our group. We enjoyed checking out the local places - Park view diner, Marc Anthony’s, Glen cove restaurant, Nana's ice cream, Ryan’s amusements, basketball courts, the beach, and took a drive to the Sandwich boardwalk. It was nice that it was dog friendly too,……

“When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children……

“Rebecca’s place was wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully and creatively decorated with thought and style and the surrounding area was both quaint and picturesque. We spent Labor Day weekend there and experienced “Illuminattion Night” which was very cool. Rebecca made some great recommendations, and although it’s right next to a marina, it was incredibly quiet. We would love to stay again. ”

“Overall the property was perfect. Great location, super clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The only negative I can say is that the property is a duplex and that’s not mentioned in the listing. Overall great spot and would stay there again!”
