Not bad

Good bed, tight on with parking, decent breakfast. Saw ant in bathroom, noisy ac, room isnt typical size. But overall tough ro beat.

Nice clean quite rooms very comfy bed didn't have the free breakfast so can't comment.

Checked in and the room key didn’t work, so I had to make a trip back downstairs to get a working key. Entire floor by the window was soaked. The lady at the front desk was nice about it when I called to report the issue.

Overall very good

Our room was great, with lots of table and desk space, which was perfect since we travel for business. The staff were very helpful. The only things I didn't like were that the room was very humid and there was no dry function on the A/C. It made our clothes feel damp. There was also a small piece of trash under the dust ruffle that the room attendant didn't see. But overall everything was very good. I would stay there again. Breakfast was good too: eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy, and more.

Smell

Pros: The cleaning staff worked hard and the gentleman at the front desk was polite.
Cons: The musty smell and the carpets need to be removed due to water damage.
Location: It was not far from my home and allowed easy access to the stores I shop at daily. Having to leave home after Hurricane Irma this was a temporary fix
The lobby and the room had a musty smell due to rain damage caused by Hurricane Irma. The back wall of the hotel blew off and left the structure and some of the insulation hanging out. I feel that the hotel should have took down their link on Expedia until they could remedy the problem. I would not have booked had I known the issue they had. Also, when calling the front desk I never received any response. I even called the main line to the hotel, not just zero, and I never received a response. I don't feel you should have to walk down to the front desk to receive assistance or get a question answered. I do believe that the cleaning staff worked hard with what they had to keep everything presentable.

AWFUL

While evacuating south Florida as Hurricane Irma approached, I booked two rooms at BW through Expedia. Arrived at the hotel at midnight, and the next 10 hours were so unsettling in a time when all we needed was a little solace from the storm. Both rooms were on the 2nd floor and the family that was in the two rooms next to us continuously fought throughout the middle of the night - consistently yelling in the hallway and slamming their doors. The grandmother was clearly upset and out of sorts and walked up and down the hallway all night long and repeatedly knocked on our doors ALL NIGHT LONG, waking us up. At one point around 3am, the fire alarm went off and everyone began evacuating (all while it was storming outside). After speaking with BW management, they believe the grandmother pulled the fire alarm. In the morning, the entire backside of the hotel blew off thus making it UNSAFE to stay and we had to evacuate even though there was a tornado watch!! I have not received a refund for the two rooms that I paid for and have yet to hear back from BW management OR Expedia regarding my refund! Unacceptable!

The room was dirty and smells bad, the sofa bed mattress was completely stained and the shower faucet was lose and the water was cold. Extremely dissapointed with this hotel.

Side of the building falls down & they don't tell

First room we were in a/c didn't work right and leaked into the carpet. Second room same thing with the a/c but also the window leaked and they said that they couldn't do anything about it, because every room had their windows leaking. Candy in vending machine was bad. Ice only on some floors and ours was out of order. The other machine, the ice had black spots in the ice, probably mold, we didn't use it. Only one slow elevator, which was also used by staff for laundry and garbage. Then one huge section of wall from the fifth floor to the first fell off and THEY DIDN'T EVEN TELL US. How did this place have excellent reviews?

Smelly room and drainage issues

Room had a strong fragrance. Bathroom sink and tub had drainage issues.
