Slum Village

Felt like we were in a bad movie. Guy banging on the door next to us and the woman finally letting him in sounding intoxicated or worse. We left within an hour of checking in. Desk clerk did not blink or offer a refund. HORRIBLE! Do not stop there........

Comfortable bed. Few cosmetic issues but nothing too big. Toilet was a little janky (had to jingle the handle to get it to stop running after flushing it). Truly enjoyed the mini fridge and microwave and felt like the amenities were acceptable.

Blood on the sheets

I'd rather not, better to forget it! But there is a character limit. Don't let online photos fool you, remoldes are great but they don't paint the walls, ceilings or was sheets and comforters.

There was so much outside noise it was hard to sleep. Wallapaper inside was peeling off the wall. Clock radio did not work. Very disappointed overall.

Lots of mold in the bathroom. The security guard is a creep and follows you around. Basically harassment. Knocking on our door late at night. Shining his flashlight at you as your walking back to the hotel. Following you in his car as you walk around. I didn’t feel protected, I felt scared and harassed. Housekeepers are rude and won’t give you more towels if you ask.

Terrible staff that doesn't know their job!!!!!!!!

Pros: NOTHING!!!
Cons: There won't be enough characters in this block for me to list it all!!!
On the day that I checked in, I was given a room, number 151. I went to the room to change clothes and put all of my luggage in the room. This took place at about 1530. After stowing my luggage and changing, I left to meet up with my family to discuss my oldest daughters wedding, which is why I was in town, and to have dinner. After dinner, I returned to the room and there was a "Do not disturb" card stuck in the key card slot. I told my wife that I had NOT put that there when we left. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, they told me that I was NOT checked into that room, that there was someone else assigned. When I inquired as to where my luggage was, they told me they had it in the office. Upon further conversations after I had tole them I was leaving, the staff told me that I was STILL checked into room 161. That was not the original room I was given, and they told me it was totally THEIR fault. I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE, as the staff there is TOTALLY inept and has NO CLUE what they are doing. I book a lot of rooms through Expedia, but my re-think that in the future if this is the type of hotel staff I can expect.

When I when to get the room It was dirty .for the money i spent it wasn't worth it .

dirty bug ridden hotel

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything - nothing worth saving at this hotel
Location: Sam's club
A disaster. We checked out after 5 hours because room was roach ridden and stank of vomit and cigarette smoke. we requested a non-smoking room. bathrooms filthy with dirty floors and worn out fixtures. no couch in room to sit on. toilet seat literally yellowed with age. lobby was worn out looking with with and floor damage. carpenter ants on floors. hotel needs to be torn down. staff did not even argue when we complained and checked out. we cancelled other reservations.
