מיקום המלון נוח, בסמוך לתחנת הרכבת הקלה. המלון עצמו מיושן מאוד. המון תקלות אחזקה איפה שלא שמים אצבע, והמקום דורש ריענון דחוף כדי לזכות באמת בארבעה כוכבים (כרגע זה לגמרי מרגיש שלושה כוכבים ומטה). אנשי הקבלה נראים עייפים ולא מסברי פנים (למעט פקידת קבלה אחת נחמדה מאוד שאיננו זוכרים את שמה). האוכל בחדר האוכל סביר, והמלצרים נחמדים. יחסית למלונות אחרים בירושלים המחיר נחשב אטרקטיבי.
it was a very nice hotel, but the pool was closed. We chose this hotel in part because there was a pool. It was not displayed that the pool was not available.

We booked a superior room for a 2 night stay. We went for the superior room vs standard because it said we had a city view. The only view we had was that of another building. When we tried to switch, they said they had no other rooms. The staff was nice enough about it. The food was so so. The best reason to book this hotel was the location. It is near everything. A 20 minute walk to the Jaffa gate. A 10 minute walk to ben yehuda etc....

The hotel has a private parking, located near to the trum, enabling easy access to the "Machane Yehuda" market and the old city.
Food was excelant.

Hotel in an excellent central location near the light rail and within walking distance of the Mahane Yehuda market, which includes nightlife and many entertainment venues. The room I was given was renovated, and very cozy. The hotel staff is very kind Do not expect a luxurious 5-star hotel is not like that but definitely a good 4-star hotel for a hotel in the city center, with good value for moneyת , I will come again for sure.

The hotel is old and in bad shape, service is bad and impatient. When asked the manager he was aggressive, rude and unwelcoming. Very few patience to questions. Overall the hotel is not recommended and the manger shouldn’t work in the service industry.

The front desk attendant was very unwelcoming upon arrival. The corridors have terrible smell, the room's door did not completely shut, the room was tiny, the linen and towels had yellow stains and hairs on them. The only upside was the location on Jaffa street, right next to a tram stop, and the free parking.

The bed was not clean- I pulled back the sheets and there were black things. The breakfast was mediocre- its typical israeli but tasteless, glasses by the juices were dirty, I picked up 2 with huge dirt spots, our room had grease & dirt spots all over the table, lots of hairs on the floor in the washroom. Overall I would not recommend.

Nice and charming
Room was very clean though can use an update. Beds were decent. I would compare this hotel to a typical well kept older Holiday Inn.
Could’ve used a desk in the room. I thought it’s standard.
Buffet breakfast was good and plentiful.
Location is excellent.
Definitely worth the price.
Taking everything into consideration I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again

I have never seen a more friendly staff like in this hotel. Everybody is so helpful with a smile. When you ask for something everybody run to help. What an amazing hotel. We will definitely come back. We had wrote in our reservation that it was our honeymoon and they put a very sweet surprise in our room.

Modest room in an excellent location
Great location and good breakfast. Room was dated even though I was told it was one of the renovated ones. Aircon didn’t work but reasonably good size room.

Nous étions on pleine fête religieuse (yunn Kippour) et cet hôtel ne disposais pas de restaurant soit disent fermé à cause de leur fête. On a voulu prendre de l’eau vu qu’il n’y avait pas dans les chambres et ils nous ont facture 30€.
Le service et le personnel pas du tout agréable. Hôtel à fuir !
