Front desk needs a lot of improvement I found them to be very rude.The 2nd time that they have given us a key to a room that was occupied. The hotel is not being looked after properly. It used to be a lot better 2 -3 years ago.thr staff overall does not seem to care much.the customer service overall needs a lot of improvement.

Disinfection must be needed.

Run down and lack of maintenance

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Major renovations required for entire property. Should seriously consider upgrading staff to professional hotel and restaurant managers.
Location: Unknown, forced to stay in the bed.
Hotel was selected based on location and pictures found on the web. Upon arrival we found that the pictures were at least 10 years old, so classic deception here. The bed sheets supplied did not fit the mattress and were forced to sleep on the mattress itself. Black mold was apparent throughout the bathroom, and was so bad that some of the door-frame paint had delaminated from the growth. We attempted several times to call housekeeping, and room service, but never received any answer. We finally went downstairs and ordered, club sandwich with "fresh" salmon. The fish was not fresh, and after 2 bites my wife and I spent the next 2 days in the bed sick with food poisoning The staff is very rude and highly recommend that anyone not stay at this motel.

its motel not hotel

motel not hotel. the room wasnt welcome , smell, broken door of the closet , the carpet was damege. the A/C smell like mold. we were very upset.

good location near tram line

Pros: Great room, large. Loved the pool shame it closes at 5.00pm often not back till 6.00. Fanatic breakfast.
Israel was wonderful so much to see. This hotel is in a good location about a 5 minute walk to the tram line, which runs pass the central bus station. Also the tram line runs down to the old city.

Not a value for your money

I booked this hotel for one night.on the website it had great pictures,pool and an airport shuttle. The lobby is ok.. and it was easy to get to by light rail. That Is the end to the good features. I checked in and the bathroom of my room smelled moldy. They offered a second room, that had no moldy bathroom, but the room was dirty. The third room only a bit better, I figured, after asking twice already for, at least a decent room for the night, that it was best they can do. And I had to move my stuff. There was a wedding at the hotel so they closed the outdoor pool. The indoor pool looks like it was never updated for at least 25 years. Then when I went to sign on for the shuttle..they told me they don't have one, but I can pay them and they will call and have the shuttle come. This cost me another unexpected 75 NIS ($25) at least the shuttle part went well. There was no management to be found to make my stay better. Despite the nice (and misleading name) I would definitely not recommend anyone going to this hotel.

Hotel with good potential

Very good for the price

Very nice stay. Not to fancy but nice for a night. Great facilities. Two pools two jacuzzis a work out room and nice area to sit

FOrget about shower or use of sink

I had boiling hot water in my shower and sink. Never repaired. However the food at the Jerusalem Gardens was excellent. Probably the best I had in Israel.
